Delivery Policy – Receive your order quickly and with no

until you receive your parcel. That’s why we’ve designed a fast,
secure and hassle-free delivery system.
Where we ship
• We ship to Spain and Europe.
• If you have any queries about your area, please contact us and we’ll confirm straight away.
Delivery times
• Domestic shipments: 2 to 6 working days.
• International shipments: 2 to 10 working days, depending on the destination.
• We’ll keep you informed at all times and, should there be any delays due to
circumstances beyond our control (weather, customs, etc.), we’ll let you know straight away.
Transparent delivery costs
• Domestic: €6 or free on orders over €60.
• International: calculated automatically before payment.
• No hidden costs: what you see is what you pay.

Fast processing
• All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from our warehouse within 24–48
working hours of payment confirmation.
Real-time tracking
• As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a link and
tracking number so you can see where it is at all times.
Delivery guarantee
• If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, we’ll take care of it.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll sort it out
immediately.
International shipping and customs
• Orders outside Spain may be subject to taxes or customs duties
depending on local legislation. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
