Refund policy

Terms and Conditions (Returns): NUNET shall be liable for any lack of conformity that
becomes apparent within the period established by law.

Refund: NUNET shall refund, where applicable, the corresponding amount without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days of the date on which it was notified of the return. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever occurs first.

Returns Process
Returns are free of charge.
The return period is 30 days, starting from the day the order was dispatched.
NUNET will refund the amount for the returned product(s) via the same payment method used by the Customer to make the purchase.
Please note that the process of returning any product involves a lengthy procedure that takes us further away from our main objective: caring for the planet.
Repackaging and reshipping (which increases carbon emissions) are just some of the downsides of the process, and they prevent us from being as sustainable as we would like to be.
IMPORTANT NOTE: No refund will be issued if the product is received in poor condition, damaged or used.

How to request a return
Please follow the instructions below:
• If you wish to return your online order and receive a refund, you will need to process your return via our returns portal; click here
Via the returns portal, you will need to:
1-Select the item(s) you wish to return.
2-Select the reason why you wish to return the item(s).
3-Select ‘request a return’.
4-Check that all the information is correct and click ‘submit’.
5-Finally, print the return label and follow the instructions.
6-We will then arrange to collect the item.
